I was working from home in July when I had a text message from someone purporting to be from Fedex telling me to rearrange delivery of a package. I know not to respond to these texts, but as I was expecting work documents from the US and as I have previously received documents from the US at home by Fedex, without thinking I clicked on the link in the message. This took me through to a website that asked for payment details for a redelivery charge. I cannot recall if I entered my bank account details or card details — I was having a very busy day.
